So I'm sick. My whole fucking family is sick. I take off 3 days because of being sick. Big whoop, I can do most of my work from home anyways. So I get back to work today, and everything is fine. I'm medicated, I still feel like shit, some of the coworkers come up and ask me how i'm doing, bla bla bla.

then my HR person comes in my office... she wants to warn me that the VP is bitching about how I've take off too many Mondays. I can get where she's coming from... I'm 22, maybe some delinquents take off Monday because theyre hungover...

My job used to be great. I ran the IT section of the business, unquestioned. I ran it, and it ran good. Near perfect. No downtimes... no nothin. I'm like a god of the technology world.

Then the President wants me to do shit regarding business practices. WTF. I'm not a business man... I'm a techie. assholes.

So now I got to find a new job, one that will treat me for what I am... the best fuckin IT guy on the face of the planet.

I really hate this fucking job. I am the assistant to a sales manager is a really good boss and takes care of me. However, with all this mortgage bullshit going on we have customers but do not have any loans for them. Everything I promise my customers I can do for them, but the company/industry changes the rules in the middle of the game for us at least once a week. So now I am constantly put in the position of being the retarded fucking asshole who promised something that I now cannot deliver on. And I am the bad guy because I am the point of contact.

My manager has a BAD case of AD/HD. He's disorganized, easily distracted, walks/talks really fast (hyperactive), has a bad short term memory, misplaces things a lot, talks out loud to himself ALL the time (which can get to be very annoying). I don't have anything against people with ADHD, I know that a lot of people have it, but in this case it seems to be getting in the way of his work (he's a procrastinator, lazy, overall a bad example). My problem is the fact that whenever I'm talking to him (no matter what it is), he'll always laugh afterwards.
