I have been with my company for 6 years. For 5 years I had a job in customer service. Answering complaints and questions all day on the phone (no, not all US companies have outsourced this function). I hated that dept. I would drive home in tears every night. I was angry all the time. I hated getting up in the morning and going there. Instead of just bitching about it, I decided to do something. I started looking for a new job with in the company. I believed in the company, thought it was a good place to be, agreed with the direction things were going in.
