I just took a new job and now realize I got screwed. They misrepresented the nature of the job. They failed to disclose the truth. I wonder if I could have asked any questions during the interview such as, "Will I be regularly putting in 13hr days because you are understaffed?" but then again, you never ask questions like that.

I'm overworked with no end in site. The company is close to shutting the doors yet we are expected to continue working hard to ensure the company's future success. Fuck you!

The culture is one of not telling you everything, people hold back information.
