I've been here 13 years and they bring in a new postion and new person. I am nothing but a glorified Assistant to the "God" she thinks she is......... I'm told how to think, how to talk, what to say and who to talk to...and who not to talk to.... I have more experience, more training and more knowledge but am given no credit. Everything she does she requires a pat on the back and her favorite word is "I". I'm 50 years old and too old to go out into the work force for this type of job. My opinions and feelings are constantly belittled and I feel like a total nobody.
