I currently work for General Motors. I know a lot of people would say, "Great, you got into a great job." Problem is, it's not all that at all. As a "Tier II" employee, I only make 1/2 the pay of others on the line. The assembly line is tough work, and I think that I may have permanant nerve damage in one of my hands just from doing the work. I drive 85 miles one way to do this job that I absolutely hate. I do car pool in attempt to save some gas!

I'm thinking I've been misled about today's G.M. Is anyone else "in the same boat"?
