Secretaries....

So....what is it about being a secretary that makes you think that you are too elite to answer my simple questions with a nice response? Questions....like..."May I please have the key to the file room?"
-or- "Can you look up Child X's phone number for me?" Every secretary I have ever worked with was a total bitch. I make it a point to be extra nice to them, but they always have an attitude! Have any of you had the same experience?

What does it mean when...

Submitted by worst_teacher on Tue, 10/30/2007 - 01:06.

What does it mean when your "boss" walks right past you on a daily basis without saying "Hi", and blatantly ignores you when you say "Hi" to him.

This happens to me everyday, and I have never received a bad evaluation, or been called in for a conference, or had a parent complain to him about me.

I have no clue why this fool hates me, but it is obvious that he does. My husband thinks that I should "check him on it." I say I shouldn't because he obviously doesn't want any confrontation or he would say something. I think he is afraid I will quit, and he knows no one else would do the job that I love.

Frustrated and Highly Annoyed

It has been a LONG time since I have posted something on this page. For the past 2 years, I have been very happy with my job. I am a Special Ed. teacher. I have the best group of students, and I even get along with the parents. The problem is NCLB.
I teach students who have significant cognitive delays, and I want everyone to be aware that the ever-so-flawed NCLB program is very unfair to these children. We have to test these students the same way that the "regular" students are tested. We have to teach them the same things that the "regular" students have to learn. The sad fact is that we are doing them a huge disservice by doing this.

Damn.....another crazy ass bitch!

Okay, so I got a new job. I am no longer working with crazy kids, but kids who have disabilities. (there is a huge difference) I love my job!!! I love the kids!!! I no longer get physically ill on Sunday nights. However, there is ANOTHER crazy bitch that I work with. She is the worst type of bitch. One that has power. This is the situation. She wants me to teach some of her children during the day since I have significantly less than her. The reason I have less is because mine are severly disabled. These children could never funtion in a regular classroom. I change diapers, and feed these children.

The suddenly sensitive bully

So we have this Crazy (thats a capital C people) Bitch that is in charge of our department at my school. It is important to note that she has NO control or superiority over us, she is only in charge of the paperwork.
She is a bully by definition. She has only messed with me once, and I told the bitch off...up one side and down the other. When I was finished SHE acted like the "Victim."
Well, a few other teachers were having problems with her, and they asked if I could sit in on a meeting with all of them, sort of as a witness. The bitch is so Crazy that you have to have a witness go with you in order to talk to her. Anyway,I agreed....planning to keep my mouth shut the whole time.

Shit...It's Time Again.

Damn it...I have to go to work tomorrow....wait..It IS Monday already. SHIT!!!This means I have to leave my baby boy, who I would love to stay home with more than anything, to go teach the biggest rejects in the whole world....for what? I will hear "I hate you" at least 20 times today. I will hear the N word at least 50 times today. (By both teachers and students.) I will have at least one parent call the school and complain about me....If it is a good day, maybe two. I will probably be threatened again by the same girl that threatened me last Monday, and who has been suspended since then. I will tell students the same mother-fucking thing over and over, to no avail.

The Shit I do for a Paycheck!!!!!

So this little crackhead bitch in one of my classes today tells me that she is going to,"Break my neck," "Kick my ass," "Hurt me till I bleed", and then had the nerve to .............refuse to leave my class. I had to have someone from the office come up and get her. Then she says calls me a "dumb-ass teacher" infront of the principal. (dumb? Honey you are the one who is slow.) The principal just stands there like a fucking idiot.
Man I wish I could have had 5 minutes in a dark alley with that little crack baby. Well she is 17...one more year, and it would be considered a fair fight...right?

She's a crazy bitch!!!!!!!!!

Submitted by worst_teacher on Sun, 01/15/2006 - 01:02.

So the head of our department at my school is the craziest bitch I have ever met. For some reason, the principal loves her (I think they are fucking.) She treats us like dogs. I have told her off on previous occasions, and she will be nice for a milli-second and then go crazy again.
So, Friday, I went to her office to get some paperwork I needed on a student. She wasn't there, so I went back to my class. About 2 hours later, I went to her office again, and she wasn't there, so I decided to check the front office. I figured she just got finished sucking the principals dick. THERE SHE WAS....in the office, as always. So, as nice as I can, I say, "Are you going up to your office anytime soon?" She yells, "Yes, I was there ALL DAY," in this nasty tone. So I said, "Oh,....I stopped by a couple hours ago, and you weren't there." So she starts flipping out saying that she HAS to eat lunch. Her behavior is so unnecessary. I just stood there staring at her, like are you crazy bitch????

Top 10 resons why teaching sucks!

Submitted by worst_teacher on Thu, 01/12/2006 - 01:13.

These are my top ten reasons why teaching sucks:

10. George Bush (NCLB)...George, I can show you some kids that you would pray to leave behind.
9. Administrators have no back bone.
8. Lawyers...teachers are scared shitless of being sued.
7. I called off work today, and still have a headache.
6. Parents want us to raise their children, but when we try, they threaten to sue us.
5. Students run the schools.
4. We are unemployed 2 months out of the year.
3. Kids have to come to school to get their welfare check.
2. Private schools are never hiring.
1. We have the summers of

I hate the South....Racist Assholes

Submitted by worst_teacher on Fri, 01/06/2006 - 02:57.

The people I work with are such fucking racists. I grew up in Ohio, but I moved to North Carolina a year and a half ago. I guess merely because I am white, random people at work come up to me and drop their little ignorant, nasty racist comments, and I am like....are we living in 1950? Is the south really this backwards? I just look at them, sometimes I correct them, other times I as so stunned I just stand there, pissed the hell off. I hate this fucking place.
I feel like I can't even talk anymore, because it seems like anything I say, leads someone to say something racist. For example, one day I told a man that my students (yes everyone, I am a teacher) did not want to work on this particular day, and he said "What is it about black people that they don't think they need to work?" Another day, I was talking to a man about a woman who recently got fired, and he said, "She was so ni**erish." Another woman, after I asked her why all of the report cards were not done yet, said, "Becuase the people in charge of them are...(fill in the blank.) WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE.
