I'm going on vacation for a week. It's just great to think about a week away my the rat infested hellhole where I work. My wife and I bought a small condo in Vegas a few years ago and its the best thing we ever did. I completly relax when we are there. I even sleep all night and sleep late. I never sleep all night when I'm working.
What a joy to get away from my wimpy dumb-ass boss and the micromanaging small brain company.

I'm a supervisor for an auto insurance company. We have recently had several adjusters quit in the three branches in our building. Most of them quit due to the unreasonable workloads.
The company sent an e-mail stating they have noticed a lot of adjusters voicemail is full. So the new procedure is when their voicemail is full it will be shut off and messages will be routed to clerical.To get their voicemail back they have to call to get it turned back on. Wow,that's going to help morale! How about giving them a reasonable workload and treating them with respect? They just don't have a clue.

I have found it's best to just avoid the manager as much as I can He is such an annoying wimpy dumb ass!
I write memos to him and leave them in his office with the files while he is out. I only talk to him if I absolutely have to. It's just better this way. If I try to talk to him he lies and then forgets
he lied to you last time. I just want to punch him in the face.
I also send e-mails to him if I have a question. I have to put on the e-mail it's for his viewing only snd should not be sent to anyone else. He sent an e- mail to a co-worker when I made a complaint about her.

I hate my job so much. Today I tried to talk to the manager about giving one of the loser adjusters I supervise to another supervisor. I supervise 4 adjusters with an average pending of 120 files. One of the other supervisors who is the managers pet only has two adjusters. He would not give one of my adjusters to her. What an asshole! He told me I should do more to build a team with my adjusters.What a bunch of bullshit! Two of the are ok but the other two are lazy ass losers. I have tried to work with them but hey know nothing will happen to them because the manager will never back up the supervisors.

The company I work for has no clue. I am a supervisor in an auto claims office. There are 3 claims branches in our building. All of them have had claims adjusters quit. In fact you could open another branch from the opening in the three branches
Yesterday we had a meeting and the company wanted the supervisors to come up with some contests for the adjusters. Some suggestions were the most closings,best attendence,etc. HELLO! How about hiring some adjusters,giving them reasonable work loads and treating them with respect? They just don't get it. Its really sad.

I am so tired of my wimpy boss.One of the adjusters sent him and e-mail and he sent a copy to another supervisor. The adjuster was really mad and I don't blame him. When the adjuster asked the boss about he said"Well, you didn't say it was private" What a moran!
I don't even talk to the boss anymore. If I need something I write a memo,wait until he is out of the office and put it in one of his bins.

Well, at least it's Friday and I have the weekend to look forward to.I am so sick of my job.It's boring ,my boss is a wimp,the company is run my morans.
My days are all the same I pull my adjusters files I have on diary that day,tell them what to do,review their mail,sign checks,answer their questions and take complaint calls.I hate the complaint calls the most. I get them every day an the two losers I have. People call to tell me they never return their phone call,their voicemail is full. I really feel like telling them they are right I know they never return call,but the manager never backs me up so I can't do anything,why don't you talk to the manager.

Boy,I really hate two of the losers I have to supervise. I get complaint calls every day telling me they never return phone calls and their voicemails are full. They don't do what I tell them. They are never going to get promoted and worse they will never leave.
I would write them up,except it would do no good. My boss is a no balls wimp that never backs me up,so its no use.
One of the losers complains to the boss that I don't let him close files. Well,duh! He doesn't do his job so his files are not ready to close. The boss told me I should tell the loser what I expect. I told the boss I expect the idiot to do his job! How hard is it to do what you are told? When I was an adjuster I always did everything my supervisor told me to do.

My boss is the biggest dumb ass on the planet. Today he informs me he is going to give one of the adjusters I supervise to another supervisor and give me an another adjuster from that supervisor.The thing is both adjusters are losers. They both have been with the company for like 15 years and never been promoted,because they are LOSERS. So I asked my boss why he is switching one loser for another and he tells me my loser doesn't like me. Well duh! He sucks and I tell him what he needs to do.
Anyway dumbass tells me he thinks they would both benefit with having a new supervisor. Now thats leadership!

Life is hell at where I work. My boss is a wimp that will never,I mean never back you up.
Upper management are a bunch of morans. They come up with a new policy almost every day. We get memos about prior memos. Then we get a memo that contradict the prior memos.
When we send a file to management to be reviewed they take your ideas and make them their own. Then they tell you what a shitty job you did. Half of the time the stuff they tell you to do has already been done,they just don't read the file.
We are micromanaged to death. The supervisors have no authority anymore.
We have adjusters quit all the time and management can't figure out why. The reasons are an unrealistic work loads and low pay. You would think thay could figure that out but no they live in a dream world.

So another thing I hate about my boss is he tries to be your friend. You know what you wimpy,no balls
idiot,you are not my friend! It is all I can do to have to work with you.If you were on fire I would just watch you burn!,Or maybe try to put you out with a baseball bat!

We start work at 8:00. I have an adjuster that comes in at 8:30 all the time. I tried to write him up and wimpy did nothing.This guy is also off diary and never returns his phone calls. I have to take the complaints. I feel like telling people you are right but there is nothing I can do,why don't you call the manager.
I wish my boss would just get some balls just once,but its never going to happen.

I have been trashing my stupid job and I still hate it. But today I found out that my mom has to have 2 heart valuves replaced and also needs a heart bypass done. She is 70 years old and is the best mom ever. So this puts things in a different light.
My job sucks,but it's not important,family is. My parents live in Reno Nevada and I live in Camaillo California. My sister and I are going to fly up to be with my dad for the surgery and stay with him for awhile.

One of the things I hate about my job is every day is the same. I get to work,turn on my computer and pull my adjusters files to review them. I say the same thing evey day. I sign checks,answer questions,take phone calls and say the same things I have said so many times before. I finally get to go home and get up the next day to do the same thing again.

So my boss is a wimp who never, ever backs up the supervisors. I made the mistake of going through the process of writing up one of the adjusters I supervise. This guy was an idiot. He would piss off everyone he talked to and then I would have to try and calm them down. He would never return his phone calls and when I told him to call someone back he would refuse. As I said I finally wrote him up. We would meet with the manager and he would tell the adjuster what a good job he was doing! So I had zero credibility. The asshole finally quit. I learned my lesson and I will never write someone up again.
