Has your boss ever said "Thanks for the input"? That translates to: "I don't give a crap about what you say, I am the boss and I am smarter than you and you are just a worm we pay nothing to get what we want".

Meanwhile the same 'boss' who said that has a 3-year FAILED software project on his hands and doesn't GET IT.

So I moved all the way across the country last year for some crap $40/hr software development job from Silicon Valley where I lived and worked for 16 years. I made $50/hr in 1993 doing software.

I moved to some backwards redneck swamp town in Florida for the new job. You might think "Florida - great! Palm trees, beaches, sunshine. Who wouldn't like that?" Not so fast. In reality it's a backwater Mississippi swamp-like town with a bunch of moronic rednecks and souther poor folks.

My boss is some slick white ego-golfing-I'll-go-home-at-3-so-you-can-work greedy "business" jerk. Let's go down the list of his BS and the total irrationality:

Ha ha. No more jobs or work visas for Indians. They are all going home to the mud puddle. Too bad for them! USA wins again!

Congress has stopped the immigration bill in the Senate. That bill has a hidden 200,000 extra H-1B visas every year in it.

Too bad for BeefBurgerKentucy and the rest of them. You're GOING HOME TO THE MUDPUDDLE! HA HA!

Even as the prospect of high-skilled American jobs moving to low-wage countries like India ignites hot political debate, some entrepreneurs are finding that India's vaunted high-technology work force is not always as effective as advertised.

''For three years we tried all kinds of models, but nothing has worked so far,'' said the co-founder and chief technology officer of Storability Software in Southborough, Mass. After trying to reduce costs by contracting out software programming tasks to India, Storability brought back most of the work to the United States, where it costs four times as much, and hired more programmers here. The ''depth of knowledge in the area we want to build software is not good enough'' among Indian programmers, the executive said.

Nine years of Indian labor decimated Silicon Valley. America's economy is only now just starting to recover because the visas are expiring and the Indian workers are going home. The guest workers come in, there is economic collapse. The guest workers leave, the economy improves. The more we bring in, the deeper the recession. Connect the dots.

Did anyone hear about the corporate exec at Blue Cross of CA? His policy was to cancel the private health insurance of anyone who filed a claim.

But wait, it gets so much better! After he was fired he took $46 *billion* out of the company before leaving.

And these are the same corporate greedsters who claim they can't hire Americans because labor costs are too high!

Is America a great country or what!
