My old boss came in today and spoke with a collegue. i asked this collegue after the meeting what it was about & basically i have been mentioned in the meeting.

I was like what was said, the main boss is accusing me of going round everybody in the office during lunch hour saying that this collegue is getting poached by the main ex boss to goto another company. I was like wtf i have been with this collegue all day, anyway this collegue said to them that i was with my collegue allday.

And then the ex boss said to the person that i am telling everyone in the office this because it is revenge, i mean WTF i feel like ****ting the x boss. what a prat!

I work in a team of 6, yet only 5 of us seem to only care about our jobs, we work our asses off to get our work done for that day, and yeh we have a great time doing it, we laugh & joke around but at the same time get our work done.

Anyway there is this one individual who is NOT willing to help out with our day to day routine, instead she throws a fit because she is being asked to do something she does not want to do & then the manager goes running to her aid. Man she is like 40yrs of age.

I get pissed off quite frequently as me & the rest of the team have to work even harder to cover her shit, cos she is that fuking lazy she will sit on her ass all day eating crisps & chocolate & slurping on her fuking fizzy drinks, whilst she is decorating her desktop.

I have been in this job around 4 years now, i have asked on numerous occasions to be promoted and yet on each one they have said you will be promoted but you have to prove yourself, how the fuk do i prove myself, i get on with my wokr, i get it all completed daily, i even help other fuking teams out & get ther friggin wokr done, and i receive no gratitude what so ever, then the managers have the cheee to say i have to prove myself, what the fuk

I fuking hate going to work, the thought of work puts me in a bad mood, i did at one stage like it there, but now with all this stress & lies i hear from the co workes & managers, its making me sick!
