OK, so I hate my job, but it's a good paying job , I work for KMART the distribution Center, Basically my job can be done by someone with the intellect of a melon. First off KMART sucks, you hear bad news about them all the time, and this is why everyone that works here shops at wal-mart for. You never get commended for a job well done, or for giving it your "all". IT just means that they can raise your "production quota" higher, to push your more and more to see how fast you can throw boxes on a conveyor belt, generally you are given a unreasonable quota of around 300-400 boxes per hour, But shit happens like shit breaks and the belt goes down for 15 min at any given time, or you end up waiting for another department to catch up before you can go again, at this point your penalized for not throwing,you aren't givin any benefit of any "down-time" therefore allowing you to get your 4th write up this month for not making the goal of the week, there is no excuse, but you have absolutely no reason to not to make quota,they dont care if it breaks even though it wasn't your fault but your writen up you stupid piece of little shit for it breaking.
