STUPID FUCKING PEOPLE! I HATE THEM! I have to collect money owed to us. Anything I try to collect is RIGHTFULLY owed. But fucking people say I have a wrong number when I know I don't. I have THEIR LIVES IN MY DATABASE THEY CANNOT HIDE FROM ME, except by LYING! And they do! Alot! They think I want money to furnish a yacht or something?! I LIVE WITH MY FUCKING PARENTS I NEED YOUR GOD DAMN MONEY YOU STUPID FUCKING STINGY FRIGID FUCKING BITCH! WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY'S HEALTH YOU THINK WE HAVE NO COSTS TO TAKE CARE OF TWO OF YOU?! YOU THINK OUR TECHNICIANS ARE OVERBOOKED AND OVER WORKED BECUASE THEY WANT TO BE?

My job is so boring. Boring boring boring. It's like reading a book of names all day. No Storyline, no plotline, just names. All day. I mean,. I do lots of different stuff, but I do LOTs of different stuff. I don't get a few of one thing, a few of another, I get 100 or 200 of the same things, that have the have the exact same thing to done to each and every one of them. They have to have like, three things repeated for each of them! That's three separate things I have to do 100 nor 200 times in a row! THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN ALL DAY.....

What happened to me? I used to be happy! I used to be able to handle a bitch on the phone patiently. Now as soon as the phone rings I'm like "God damn people." Instead of saying " _________, this is SunShyX, how may I help you?" I want to say " ______, this is SunShyX, go fuck yourself."
I used to like going out and having a social life. Now I just stay home. After work I just want to go home and stay there. By the time I'm off, I don't want to see anybody! I just want to tell everyone to fuck off! I get so pissed off... Why? I used to like people. I used to think nice things about people. Now I've got two conversations going on during every phone call.

Stupid fucking people! Why the fuck do they alway have to call ME and bitch about EVERYTHING?! I've heard every stupid thing! They call and yell at me beacuse their ins. fucked up. Do I sound like the god damn insurance company? Is my name Za-Za the fortune teller? No! Then how the fuck am I supposed to know why your insurance applied 200 to your deductable instead of 100? I don't know! I get the same shit they do. We send off a claim and then Poof! EOB, with how much they owe. One patient got mad at me becuase I told her that the insuarance company pulls numbers out of a hat. This was after she yelled at me for FIFTEEN fucking minutes saying she shouldn't owe anything, why didn't her insurance pay. I said it did,it did, it did, a million times, it did! She just kept yelling! Stupid fucking bitches! I hate the patients and I hate their paperwork! I hate the staples that keep their packets together! Their voices are like nails in my eyes! I want to tell them to shut the fuck up and stop bitching at me! And, I have to be nice to them! They can talk to me like I'm fucking slow,and I have to be cheery. The fun thing is, most of our patients are pregnant, so they're all super cheery anyway. The best part is even though I'm pretty new, I'm in charge of collections. Not office collections, over due collections. I get to check every one balance and tell them about it.
