First of all I have to point out that I am a blog virgin - so don't know how this will read, but here we go...
A new supervisor has recently been installed in my team. I work in a fairly small team (around 8 people) and we share an open plan office. The team consists of professional individuals, all of whom have a degree specific to their job. This new supervisor treats us all like kids, or worse does not speak to us at all.
What are management thinking when they employ a cretinous mass like that??? "Oh that'll do..." may be? I mean, for fucks sake - the team is no longer a harmonious place, everybody steps outside to talk about the new supervisor (and our manager now, who presumably is so inept he cannot see what's going on - that his team is falling apart at the seams...) as often as possible, "what a complete bitch" - that's all you hear now days...

I hope to give you specific examples day by day on this blog - this is just a background - and I have to write it fast cos I want to go and watch Dirty Harry before I have to go to bed - may be I will dream of blowing her away with 'Magnum Force' - I am almost nursing a semi at the thought!... "do you feel lucky... PUNK"...
