This is for 2 weeks ago! 2 weeks ago, when I yelled at her she gave me a written (verbal) warning.

We've had PEACE for 2 weeks, then she decided to drop that on my desk today about 12:30. I was pissed. I didn't yell at her (like I was doing before), but I did get in some gems...

"There's a huge groundswell here at that school against you"

"How do you live with yourself? How do you sleep at night?"

"You might as well pack your bags because you won't be here next year"

Then for a while I stared at her with a "crazy" smile while I saw she was making phone calls, I was at the filing drawer and staring "crazily" at her with a smile on my face. (Just writing that, that creeped me out, that does sound loony, but she had pissed me off to the max with the written formal write up today...)

After work I phoned..her SUPERVISOR. I said "I'm making a formal complaint"

I wrote down these notes about what to talk about to her Sup.

"hostile work environment

picking on the older staff members of the school

parents are not happy and have complained

30 kids left in December

yells at me, then says I yell at her, and wrote me up...then wrote me up formally 2 weeks after the verbal (written) warning, even though nothing has happened since the 10th.

Other people/parents/kids have witnessed her yelling at me."

Her sup. at first was very hostile towards me but I was standing strong, and made her listen to me. I'm glad. Then I phoned my trusted work friends and encouraged them to also make a formal complaint.

I felt really good after talking with her Sup. I have actually known her for years and years.

And tomorrow the Union is coming.
