She's a crazy bitch!!!!!!!!!

So the head of our department at my school is the craziest bitch I have ever met. For some reason, the principal loves her (I think they are fucking.) She treats us like dogs. I have told her off on previous occasions, and she will be nice for a milli-second and then go crazy again.
So, Friday, I went to her office to get some paperwork I needed on a student. She wasn't there, so I went back to my class. About 2 hours later, I went to her office again, and she wasn't there, so I decided to check the front office. I figured she just got finished sucking the principals dick. THERE SHE WAS....in the office, as always. So, as nice as I can, I say, "Are you going up to your office anytime soon?" She yells, "Yes, I was there ALL DAY," in this nasty tone. So I said, "Oh,....I stopped by a couple hours ago, and you weren't there." So she starts flipping out saying that she HAS to eat lunch. Her behavior is so unnecessary. I just stood there staring at her, like are you crazy bitch????
In her office she then proceeds to tell me that she was crying all morning, because she couldn't find her medicine, but then she found it, and now she is O.K. I said, "Really, I can't tell," and then walked out.
She was pissed. I'm sure I'll here about this from Howdy Doody (the principal) on Tuesday.
I hate her...she is such a bitch. Any advice on how to get a crazy bitch fired?

Okay, so is she reliant on drugs to keep her mood or mental state in control? If so, thats a worry and I'd start by making a few phone calls to your school board about that for a start.

Great role model for a student, a pill popping head of department!

A teacher I once knew got busted for driving under the influence of alcohol and was issued a warning. Another teacher a few years previous at an intermediate school had a violence issue and was caught hitting a student. He was ejected from the school later that day.

I am switching careers. I hate teaching. I've been doing it for 3 years. I am doing it for 3 more years while I go to school part time at night for another degree to switch jobs and then I am out of the hell hole that teaching is.

1. The head of your department just has the job for political reasons (to keep the job because they are so fucked up) or because they want to be promoted to VP
2. The principal is almost invariably an asshole because their job is to suck more dick than Monica friggin Lewinsky-- then the Superintendent gets on the carpet for the mayor, etc.
3. Teaching is really only good for three years- then you have to switch- or go to prison......from snapping
4. These people are like Teflon- nothing ever hits them
5. The idea is to switch schools like underwear- get the degree or whatever you want- then fuck it

I am definitely switching schools next year. 1 hour commute to get to work, 1.5 hours to get back and a paycut was a really stupid move on my part. ON top of that to babysit every day? Fuck that! At least teaching will look good on a resume.

I am 2 seconds away from snapping and going to prison. I already almost got fired for calling one of them a jackass. I am going to lose all professionalism if this keeps up and start stooping down to their level and calling them names. If parents call and complain they are gonna get it too. I will tell them that I can see why their son / daughter is a complete fuck up.. because mom and dad are too.
