Do I post positively...I may be jinxing myself, but what the hell...

Seems that in 3 months, we were able to weed out the riff raff(well mostly). The moral has definetly gotten much better, I have had to step in less & less = no face to face with management explaining how they need to address people. The manager seems to peak out at certain times of the day & even she has picked up on the fact that she needs to refocus during these times. Employees are actually happier while at work. With this I am pleased. For the most part (manager included) the sense of humor is now a part of the "process" with getting work done, all day every day. Transactions involving money have changed, it has calmed some. The methods of hiding it have improved. Though if it's allowed, sooner or later there will be more taking from the pot, which is what I found to begin with and what actually made me question it. It's a matter of time. I have been told recently that I was considered a dick, bitch , jerk and so on when I first started, however I was also told that I spoke up for all the right reasons, people/employees included. This came from "the Pest" Hmmm...The foundations to make the change have been laid. Still thinking about how to get a few including the manager in or even close to on time. Also pondering how to effectively build solid work ethics. This will come over time. There's gonna be issues, but for now...You can actually "feel" the difference. Nice start...We'll see what tomorrow brings...
