I sat through the most horrible degrading meeting EVER in my life last week... so as a result of that and all the other shit that goes on here I quit. I quit I quit I quit. I feel like going around the room during meetings and repeating the quote from Half Baked--- FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU, You're Cool, FUCK YOU, I'm out of here...

Then they have the unmitigated gall to be irritated with me because I quit... well assholes if you had a better working environment then 3 people (not counting me) wouldn't have left mid-year and three other people (again not counting me) wouldn't have been searching for a job for the ENTIRE YEAR LONG!!!!! Just because I finally got the balls to tell you that YOU SUCK you are mad at me... you better be damn glad for the time that I was in the job because I did more in the time that I was here than the people who have been here for years and years and years.

And lets talk about the boss... big fat fucker... I can't tell you how many times I wished he'd just keel over in his fried chicken dinner, because honestly that would resolve many of the problems that are here... don't tell me I should be greatful for the pissy little budget that I get because you go off and spend MORE THAT THAT AMOUNT on a "reunion" picnic in the fall... HOW IS THAT HELPING THE BUSINESS... just because you get to eat... and pal around with people who don't even work here anymore... I'm telling you that next year I'm showing up again just to set one of the buildings on fire while they are all off at that fucking picnic. Then last week you give your "edict" about the pittance of a salary increase that the junior staff are receiving and EVERYONE in the room is sending you dirty looks and passing inappropriate notes because you just don't get it you fat sweaty fuck... you have no clue on how to motivate people and because of it in a few years (if you aren't dead first)your area will be decimated and you will have to work the shit jobs that you expected us to do... good luck

And my supervisor... she is the scariest fucking person I have ever met... everyone at work is petrified of her. And during my "exit interview" I have to spend 30 fucking minutes counseling her about why she is intimidating and a shitty supervisor... give me a break. If you are in a job that requires interacting with people and, by nature, YOU SUCK AT IT... FIND A NEW JOB... and save us all the misery of working with your sorry ass

I've worked at other places, I've worked at other shitty places, and no place tops this one... my advice to you is to quit... there is no greater high... that and piss on the carpet in a hidden place before you leave...
