I hate my job so much. Today I tried to talk to the manager about giving one of the loser adjusters I supervise to another supervisor. I supervise 4 adjusters with an average pending of 120 files. One of the other supervisors who is the managers pet only has two adjusters. He would not give one of my adjusters to her. What an asshole! He told me I should do more to build a team with my adjusters.What a bunch of bullshit! Two of the are ok but the other two are lazy ass losers. I have tried to work with them but hey know nothing will happen to them because the manager will never back up the supervisors. He just wants to be everyones friend. Our branch is a joke. We have had several adjusters leave. I think its about thime I do the same thing.
