Caught the Retard on Tape!

I found her at my desk ruffling through my things and trying to get into my email. No words. Just snapped a few camera phone pictures. When I got them, I walked closer and she ran off babbling to herself. Then she went and wrote me a note. It was a crazy rambling apology telling me that she was going to be good so she can still go to Disney World.

I'm writing a formal complaint to HR now. It's not going to go to Bleeding Mary either. Its going to her supervisor. I'm done dealing with this shit.

Congrats Jessie! Just pummel that HR shitwich with all the evidence that you will easily round up on this pain in the ass.

Good luck with HR, especially since you're dealing with a protected class - the handicapped. I'm sure HR will give you the runaround of how you must be "tolerant" and "realize she is not like others," blah, blah, blah.

Now before everyone jumps on me for being anti-mentally-handicapped-retarded-intelligence-challenged-whatever-the-correct
PC-term-is, I think the problem isn't with employing those people, but workplaces that put those people in jobs they don't belong (or in your case, baby-sitting) merely for the $$$. Since the company probably receives a government grant for employing, I mean, babysitting her, expect absolutely nothing to change.

...yer hosed. Between what I've read here from you vis-a-vis the 'Tard, between the HR folks and the 'Tard's mother, it sounds like a big shit-sandwich that yer just gonna have to chew on... Hope you find the strenght to no kill her in the future. Good Luck!
