Retard ReturnsShe came back from vacation (again) because the rules don't apply to her and she can take as much time off as she wants. We had to listen to her babbling nonsense about "resort cups," "soaring," and "matching totebags" and other things that didn't make a lick of sense. Then...she had a fit. She discovered that in her absence we had a little lunch party. OH NO! We did something while the queen was away? Heavens no! She had a bit of a babbling and fussing fit over the party and then notes were written. Oh, the notes. I didn't get one this time but a few others did. They were the usual completely incoherant nonsense. Later, she started shouting at one of the other girls (I'll call her Jane) for "taking away her fun things." Poor Jane did NOTHING but you know how The Retard operates. She just screams at the nearest person when she's upset. It got pretty ugly even though Jane got up and walked away. Bleeding Heart Mary showed up and tried to quiet her down. Twenty minutes later she was finally back at her desk and doing her "work." I am so sick of the catering to this idiot. I would recommend filing an individual complaint (or, better yet, one that involves a group of your coworkers) regarding hostile working conditions with your state's employment commission, or the EEOC. If neither of those agencies are able to help, they will point you in the right direction. You may even want to consider a class action law suit against your company for unfair labor practices (offering unlimited vacation to one employee while denying it to others based on disability status or lack there of) or forcing you to endure a hostile work environment. Regardless that this individual ahs special needs, you are still being harassed and have the right to request that the company end the harassment in whatever means are necessary.
