Where do I start about my job and how much I hate it even more so hate my bosses past and present. Shall I start off that I had to report to (3) different bosses that knew nothing about my department for so many years. I worked for a CRM company that is backed by the famous Larry Ellison Well now for the past year and a half I have to report to this new guy who took my position and title of VP of CS for my department and the salary I wanted. My boss knows NOTHING about the job and has an idiot that is his sidekick while I have to do all the work. I worked many hours of overtime, and have ran my Customer Support department since my company launched its product several years ago. Where does this lead me? No where, our CEO is a womanizing coke head who has had an affair with almost all the ladies in our company mind you he is married with a Autistic child. Our CTO Evan is a geek who stays home with his wife and kids while the womanizing coke head runs the company since the CTO has no balls to actually run the company himself. He is Larry Ellisons bitch from Oracle. Both the CTO and CEO knew I wanted that title and did not even let me interview for that position but had the nerve to let me interview the guy. My department is 90% outsourced now and my employees that I have in the states do nothing but complain and are ungrateful on a daily basis when they have it made in my opinion. My direct boss makes me do all the work only to get all the credit for it. I hate my boss and work.
