Am i in a dead end job?

Hi,

I have been in this job around 4 years now, i have asked on numerous occasions to be promoted and yet on each one they have said you will be promoted but you have to prove yourself, how the fuk do i prove myself, i get on with my wokr, i get it all completed daily, i even help other fuking teams out & get ther friggin wokr done, and i receive no gratitude what so ever, then the managers have the cheee to say i have to prove myself, what the fuk

I fuking hate going to work, the thought of work puts me in a bad mood, i did at one stage like it there, but now with all this stress & lies i hear from the co workes & managers, its making me sick!

I want out, but there is nothign available where i live, trust me i've looking, god help me ive looked.
Every fuking time i ask why i was not moved up the ladder its another fuking different excuse, the latest one they used was 'i have an attitude', what on earth is happening, everyone else in the office is treat woth respect but no, i get fuking nothing but grief.

There is this male who works in my department and does nothing but piss ball around, either walking up and down the office or on his fone, yet nothign is sid to him, oh and the laugh of the day is he was promoted today, yes the job i went for but was told i had an attitude. Fuk them all, i hope the damn place goes down the sewers.

I would also like to note that a few people have left and all their work they did has been passed to me, yes only me what the fuk, they think im superman or sumert!!

So i do mine and soon as ive done mine i have to do what they did, this is a fuking joke, i wish i could leave and go somewhere, where i got respect im going fukin insane at this place.

I know this is just a blog, but you're spelling/typos and grammar are quite lacking. Does your job require writing skills?

Seriously, get out while you can. But--look for a job before you get another. Consider what benefits you have. Right now, I have no medical--and it sucks BIG time!!

You have to be more assertive and ask the higher-ups WHAT specifically you need to improve on. I remember that speech: (from them): You need to listen, learn..I was outta there like Elvis. later, I learned that unless you screw the boss, you don't get anywhere.

Success is about perserverance, a positive attitude, and a good rack.

They're about kissing the boss's ass! (Or in some cases, pure desperation because they can't find anyone else to fill the shitty position.)
