These people just won’t quit

My fucked up director is asking me to training my new manager who has half my qualification and is being paid twice my salary. I am so not doing it. They can all go and fuck themselves. She is a bright girl I am sure she can manage.

Don't give in... no way would I train the person who is suppose to be my manager not unless they were paying me the managers wage while she gets trained. Morons!

Give in and you're the moron of the lifetime. If they need her so bad, let the fucked up director train her. Shit like this is just so fucked up, it can create such disgruntal workers. Depending on what field you work in, since you're already HR, try getting attention from the union or such like. Pays are most likely from them, they'll do something about that.

I hire and train people for a department I don't even work in. Isn't that the manager of THAT DEPARTMENT'S job?? And I am also expected to have all of my personal work finished on time as usual.
