I actually included this at the end of another of my blogs but I think all should pay attention:

SERIOUS NOTICE

This is a serious notice to everyone who is suffering abuse at their jobs. Nobody has the right to abuse a co worker, despite their position and ranking within the company. I have had to put up with 10 months of verbal, mental and physical abuse from my supervisor, and nobody stood my corner. DO NOT LET ANYONE BULLY YOU. You are an employee just as is everyone else. If someone is bullying you, you need to do something about it. Do not sit back and take it because they will continue to hurt you. Please sort it out as soon as you can, and if necessary take legal action. I have been worn down by my supervisor and I have let her control my life for too long. At the end of the day, work is a way to pay the bills. Our health should not have to suffer too. So please heed this warning and if youre being bullied put a stop to it. It'll be the best thing you ever do.
