I am writing this blog in response to all the wonderful people who have replied to my previous blogs. There are so many comments it is hard to reply to them all individually without repeating myself so I am writing one blog that will hopefully answer all of your questions.

The most popular topic of debate seems to be 'Why didn't I involve the law?'

Basically it is my own fault that the law cannot possibly be involved. This is because I made a slight skimp on the truth in my last blog. After standing on her foot I accidentally punched her in the face. Now dont get me wrong, violence is VERY wrong and I have never actually punched anyone before, I am not a violent person. So for me to punch it must have been bad! Therefore I cannot involve the law as I could be done for GBH which could put me inside for 2 years! :oS

The boss however, is familiar with her behaviour and they have agreed not to press charges as long as I do not press charges for the fax machine and the kicking in the shin.

Secondly, this woman has worked for the company since the first day. Therefore, everyone sees her as irreplaceable, even though I dont. She is nice as pie to the higher management tier, she grasses on people for things they havent done just to show she is a Valuable Employee That Cares.

As for HR, as I replied to one blogger, she bakes them all muffins for special occasions, and the truth is, nobody has been here as long as she has except for the guy who owns the company and he's living at the other side of the country.

I made the mistake in punching her, else I couldve gone to the police. I do regret it but at the time when I saw red I just wanted to make her feel the pain that she had inflicted on me over the past 10 months, and to be honest, I dont think that I got anywhere close.

I took the wrong path, so let my mistake be a warning to others. Do not punch your supervisor. Unless she really deserves it. Just kidding, I do not condone or promote violence so dont go around punching people hehe
