Write your own Performance Appraisal?

I was told I have to do this. What the FUCK? I've had to do this before (with a different boss) and he used exactly what I wrote.

Now I have to write my own again... plus the ones for the people who report to me. This is TIME CONSUMING, man!!! It takes forever to write these shitting things.

Guess what? I have already decided that I have excelled this year in all categories measured....

Way to go, anon. I have to write my own too. It makes absoutely no sense. I'm right there with you, I have also excelled in all catagories measured. Cheers!

We don't have appraisals. My owner says "your fired". That's his appraisal.
