So, what are some of the shitty interviews you have been on? You knew within the first few minutes you either weren't getting the job, or there was no way in hell you would take it for any amount of money?

I WAS working in a shitty call center for 1 1/2 years and I got an interview with a health care provider to be one of their bitches. I made it VERY clear to the lady at the staffing place that I did NOT want another fucking call center again. She said this job had some phones in it, but it was not a call center and I was not going to be a customer service bitch.

The interview turned out to be 5 people taking to me, and one was on a conference call. 10 minutes into this hellish nightmare, it was obvious this place was nothing more than a fancy call center. I asked one of the guys interviewing me if I was right. He said, quote, "we don't like to use that term", listen fucker, it is what it is. You can call shit anything you want, but it's still shit. You can perfume it, cover it with dirt, make it look all pretty, but it's still just shit underneath.

Out of the 5 of them, two of them clearly didn't give a fuck. All were reading off a script, and would ask things like "what would you say is your greatest accomplishment at a job?" in a VERY nasal, monotone, "fuck I hate this shit" tone of voice. At the end, guess what they did.... PUT ME ON A FUCKING PHONE to test my skills. I played their game. I knew 10 minutes into this bullshit that there was no fucking way I would take this job. I was already working in hell.

As soon as I left and walked to my truck, I called the staffing chick back and said "why the hell did you send me to a call center? I told you I didn't want that." She said "I told you it was a call center", NO she didn't, she said there was SOME phones, but that's not the entire job. Well, according to the interviewer, IT WAS.

I told her to just pull my resume. Since she obviously doesn't understand what "NO CALL CENTERS" means, she can't help me find a job.

But the icing on the cake was when those 2 guys were not even paying attention, reading their script and acting like I was wasting their time.

Since that shitty interview, I had her call me twice for other jobs. I didn't call back. I have little doubt it was another fucking call center.
