Worker:thanks boss

Boss:In fact, because you did so well I'm going to reward you

Worker:Great

Boss: We want to give you extra work..and more responsibility...for the exact same rate of pay, and no extra hours...so effectively you earn the same for doing more work.

yaaay...fucking mother shitting bastard!!! at least I have 9 days of leave starting tommorrow...what a crock of shit though!
