Imagine having a "rule" that no assholes will be hired.

Here's a great book about PREVENTING assholes from getting into businesses . It's also about having an asshole for a boss, or co-worker, and what to do about it. I skimmed it at the bookstore. Worth reading if you're ready to drive a nail through your head.

It's a new book, so it probably won't be in Libraries for awhile. If you want to read it for free. My own library has it "on order".
