I've made such a big mistake...

As I've previously commented last on another entry, I accepted the position I was offered and I am now the world's biggest DUMBASS!!! Oh my god what have I got myself into! It's day 3 here and I fucking can't stand it already! I miss the guys from my previous job like hell 'cause I got on so much with them and was even almost reduced to tears the first 2 days here because I was so bloody miserable!

My previous boss asked me last Friday to stay on another week. I called this asshole company that I'm with now and asked them if I could start a week later, they said no (cunts!). So now basically I'm forced into this asshole boring accountancy job that I cannot fucking stand. I thought it would be different, but I do NOT like the work, do NOT like the environment, the company and the boring ass people can go to hell. There's nothing challenging about this place or my job. I'm stuck in a stuffy shitty old fashioned office all day with a boring ass accountant who barely speaks and whom I've no interest in speaking with anyway!

I know it's only my third day here but when I'm placed in an environment I know when I just do not belong! I should have stayed where I was another week and given myself more options AND have been sure about where I was going to go. Besides my stupid self as usual rushing into things and making bad decisions! What the hell am I going to do?!

this is frightening! reading this is like reliving a mistake i made TWICE within the last 10 years.

the first thing to do is-- dont panic.

the second thing is to consider going back to your previous employer. ive seen this done on a number of occasions- the former employee returning after realizing they made a serious misjudgement.

its no big deal! youre human, you made a mistake. you might be surprised at how keen they are to the idea of having you back. ask them!

good luck-- keep us posted.

I feel bad for you. I have been there before as well. U have a couple of options. The first one is to look for another job fastooo!!! The second is to beg for your old job back. And the third is to get fired so that u can collect, and then that will give u a chance to start loking for a job u would like to pursue in the meantime.
Do u have a college degree? If not I suggest u get one, so that next time u feel like this at another job, u can walk out knowing just about anyone would hire u.
That's what I am doing now-I can't wait to be done. If u feel u don't have time to go to school try on-line college. It has worked for me, and I will be graduating spring 2008. Can't wait-Look on line for Thomas Edison State College, that's where I attend.

Wich u the best!!!

There's nothing worse than going from bad to...worse. Then again, I've recently realized that I will be miserable no matter where I go, so I might as well just keep endlessly job hunting for more money.
