I managed to drag myself to work this morning, and was busily working for no pay (before 8 a.m.) when she swept in, with her claws sharpened, and said, "Don't come to the meeting this morning, I'll talk to you 'supervisors' next week." She then proceeded to take all non-supervisors in for an hour-long meeting, no doubt in which she encouraged them to empty their craws of all their hateful feelings about us supervisors. If it goes as usual, next week I will be written up because one of my employees said that I said something that I may or may not have said but that my bitch, uh, I mean boss, believes wholeheartedly and has decided she should punish me for it.

So they're out now, but what the heck am I supposed to think? Or do? I know better than to ask what happened in there - I've had my ass chewed out so many times I'm surprised there is anything left. I have 4,000,000 things to do, and I'm working on some of them, but do I really care? No. Why should I? Has she ever given a shit about what I need? No. All she wants is the money she brings home from acting like a crazy witch, so she can keep her perfect fingernails done, and click through here in her 4-inch heels, when she should be riding a broomstick!

My husband said I should just go in there and tell her, "I am NOT doing this. You will hire someone to help me with the 4 jobs I'm doing, or I quit." Easier said than done. I need this money, and except for Queen Witchy, everything else is fine here. She just can't seem to get the fact that one person should not have to do 4 people's jobs, even if that person CAN!

I want to kill her. Do I want to kill her because she's made it impossible to communicate with her by her snide remarks and all the times she has flipped out on me? If I could communicate with her, would I feel better? I doubt it.

I need to go. I know I do. But I love what I do and I want to continue it, and it's not exactly one of those jobs that is easy to find - there are only a few of these places in the state, and I know some are worse than here!

Let's take a vote. Should I stay at a place where the money's great but the boss is a Class A WITCH? Or Should I go?
