Never in my life have I been spoken to like this!

My boss calls me 9 this morning and tells me I have a "bad attitude" and "get defensive" when I am accused of not doing a good job(which is the only reason he ever calls me anyway). Then he tells me that he didn't like that fact that I asked, after 2 hours, what time our SUNDAY meeting would be over(since I wanted to visit my dad) and that he "felt like kicking the shit out of me" when I asked that. I told him he better not ever threaten me like that, I had never been spoken to by an employer like that and that my father's schedule didn't revolve around him and to fuck off. I've never been angrier at a boss in my life, I've been wanting to quit this job for 2 months, looks like I have my reason. Does anyone think I have a lawsuit on my hands?

....you will call the cops and tell them he stuck his hand in your pants. That will shut the motherfucker up. Or better yet, quit the shit job with fucked up schedule. You'll probably make more delivering pizzas these days. It's fucked up. Janitors make more than office workers.....how fucked up is that. Fucking truck drivers make $50K per year.....no joke. Those UPS guys.......$25/hr doing deliveries, but those guys hussle...still..... that is good bucks for driving a fucking truck(probably grade school education is sufficient)

Ohhh Lordy! If I had an employer that I thought even might talk to me like that I'm carrying a little mini recorder everyday all day at work. Then I pray for a nice little comment from the boss such as the ones you listed. I'm sure my attorney wouldn't mind the recordings one bit! Good luck to you!
