Wemon Make Less than Men?

I always hear this but it doesn't make sense to me because no one ever explains it. maybe some one here could or talk about their own experience with this.

I happen to be male, but most of my coworkers and former coworkers are female. It seems as though the boss pays the women ahh...30K a year in roles that would typically command between 36K and 48K for men. In which case, he also justifies paying me 30K a year. Fair enough? No, not really.

It seems as though his son makes approximatley 70-80+ and he and I graduated together. Pay inequality totally sucks ass. while he may not do this intentionally, it gets noticed. While the average person here can afford a car that is 4-8 years old and can barely make their mortgages, the bosses son rolls around in brand new BMW's, Lincoln Navigators, etc... Though it should seem to be none of our business, the lifestyle inequality at this place is off the chart. You have essentially everyone making the same amnount. One person is independently wealthy and everyone else barely eeks out a living.

The long and short is that he loses people because of this inequality and people are pissed. Nobody goes the extra mile, it can be a struggle even getting out of bed.

Men and women should get paid the same amount for the same job. I know how you feel Tearful.....oh shit, once I start thinking about this stuff I start getting red in the face. I can actually feel my blood pressure rise. I better quit reading these for a while...
