The role of the QDP Representative is to strategically market QUICKDOWNPAYMENT.
COM services at the retail level. Through selling, planning, networking,
merchandising and distribution,
QDP representatives are the onsite experts. QUICKDOWNPAYMENT.COM
representatives are the brand image to our business partners and customers. As
such, the expectations for our QDP are at a premium.
RESPONSIBILITIES: QDP representatives introduce company products and services
to private financial institutions as well as the general public. QDP representative
execute company strategies to positively influence the sale of QUICKDOWNPAYMENT.
COM services across the entire business portfolio. Clear and complete territory
ownership is required. QDP representative consistently improve 1st and 2nd level
business relationships, identify more selling opportunities, improve scalable retail
execution and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Through our
representative interactions, we measure our market presence and overall brand
image. A QDP representative is the deliverables in factor our business model.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Premiere Customer service and selling skills

Planning and organizing skills
. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Ability to act as business advisor to customers
. Creativity
. Problem solving skills
. Ability to work independently
. Must be able to work a five day schedule that includes
Saturdays and early start times
. Valid Driver’s License /automobile (fuel reimbursement after your first closing!)
College Degree Preferred
. Training Provided
• On-the-Job Training and resources for personal
development
401k and medical
Additional Requirements: A fully structured home office. A private or dedicated
phone line, that can accept forwarded calls. Personal high speed Internet access. A
private computer, and a flash drive or other mass storage device. Must be able to
handle a client base of 30 home buyers and 100 sellers. Software: acrobat reader
(www.adobe.com). Must have a cell phone (blackberry supplied after first closing)
Compensation: continuous Contractual employment, $100 dollars per assigned
home buyers or sellers closing- up to $200 dollars
Bonus structure: 10 closings- $2500 cash incentive +
a vacation incentive- sign on bonus- Royal Caribbean...
