I Figured It Out...

My boss is a wimp and his boss is a wimp too. There is no real leadership. The only time they kick into action is when they are under the gun and then...they are dangerous because they panic and get all out of control....

Christ...I better not stick my neck out too far, they may think I'm some sort of go getter or something.

Read Lee Iaccoca's new book "Where Have all the Leaders Gone?". You'll shit yourself with laughter and cry because it's all true at the same time. Keep it evil.
