i have worked for the u.s. military, g.e. locomotives, hell i've even worked at 2 fast food locations. none of them were as bad as my current job. i graduated with a BA in fine arts and communications but due to bills and other things was forced to take the first job offered right out of college. living in the great state of arkansas doesn't provide many ops so u do what u can in hopes that it won't be too bad. was i WRONG!!! i work for a mobile company that services customers in the northeast region of the united states. it can't just be the region bc i have encountered plenty of dumb souls in my area. it just seems that they take it to another level. for 1, what since does it make to call in an bitch at the first person u speak with about a bill YOU made. that person doesn't know u and definitely did not run up your mins. whatever happened to u catch more flies with honey. i have the ability to lower that bill or leave it as is and i assure you that yelling is not going to go in your favor. secondly, i work on the phone which means i am the lowest person in the building. how the hell do you think i'm about to change company policy, procedure, and price plans?! I'm not the fuckin owner! thirdly, who the hell has a cell phone for 2 yrs and can't even do the basics like turn it off and on? and my favorite has gotta be the person who calls in claiming we mailed them a piece of shit when 1- they wanted a free phone, and 2- the ordered it over the phone. free= some shit they don't mind giving away. and to order something you haven't even SEEN?! everyday is filled with new and exciting levels of dumbness and i'm glad i have found this site bc this will be a great place to put dumbasses on blast and perhaps help others see that some things just don't make since to do so why do them.
