I've been looking for a job for the longest time now. Every fuckin time I fill out an appication form or give out my resume I don't get a respond. I do have some work experience. Why is it that people who dont fuckin speak english and people that are uneducated get a job just like that. I noticed some managers can't even speak english how the fuck they even come managers. I fuckin hate Toronto, I might as well just move Calgary sine there alot of job opportunites over there. I can't live broke like this no more and momma is stressing me about getting a job. It's not my fault i aint getting any fuckin respond. I believe that racism still does go on in this world today can't nobody tell me I'm fuckin wrong. I noticed that people hire other people of the same background as them. If your black your likely to get the job. I remember when I was workin at Swiss Chalet and I hated it so much. My friend was looking for a job and she wanted to work with me. I asked my manger and he said that they were hiring and for her to come for an interview.After he had interviewed her he told her that they are not hiring. If they were not fuckin hiring what was the point of fuckin interviewing her in the the first place and why did he tell me that he was hiring than and for her to come. I was there that day when he interviewed her I had work after that. Minutes after my friend left he interviewed a fuckin asian girl of the same background as him and hired her on the spot. I WAS SO PISSED OFF. THAT'S FUCKED UP AND THAT'S NOT FAIR. My friend is black by the way, why is it that he told her that he was not hiring but when she leaves he hires an asian girl. This happened right after she left. HE's Fuckin liar thats what he is because if wasn't hiring he would have never hired that asian girl in the first place. It's not that he wasn't hiring he just dint't want to hire her because she is black and he was just using that as an excuse.
