Boss just doesn't come to work anymore

My boss barely comes to work any more. There may be a day or two per week that he strolls in around 10am (day starts at 8) takes an hour or two lunch and then leaves about 3pm, but that is only on the days he comes to work. The sad part is... I like it. when I took this shit job, he told me in the interview that he only hires people that are smarter than him. Well, that made it easy to get the job. When I am working on project and try to explain to him what I am doing, he just doesn't get it and then twists my words around to make it seem like I am not explaining it right. It's not my fault you are in charge of an IT dept for a large business and don't know anything about how a simple cisco router works. I spend more time explaing stuff I learned 5 years ago than working on complicated network engineering. So, I am happy now that he barely comes to work anymore, because I can get some work done. Just wish I could make his money!!!

my whore of a boss doesn't work much either, She really is a fucking cunt.
Today she has an appointment to get her nails done and then later she will take her computer in to get fixed. Do you know why...because she is a stupide fucking bitch that doesn't work.

For a minute there I thought I was reading the blog of one my co workers, but I can see that my boss is not the only boss that doesn't come to work.

My boss it hardly here but its just because it is the summer and she has to do stuff for and with her kids. It would be even better if she didn't have a fucking company blackberry though.

Most of the time your boss isn't there mentally even if they are physically present. Out of the times I've dealt with management, they are off on another planet.
