Sir Alan blamed for rise in unfair dismissals

A huge increase in the number of employment tribunals is being blamed on macho bosses copying the blunt talking used by Sir Alan Sugar on his hit BBC TV show, The Apprentice.

Employment law specialist John Muir, of Muir Myles Laverty, believes Sir Alan has sparked a wave of copycat bosses that have landed themselves facing legal action.

They need to put on some shows where the bosses give raises and days off. Let them copy that.
