I cannot stand working here another day! Here's the prob, my supervisor has his head so far up his ass he keeps running off all the good workers. Normally I would not give a fuck, but I am being left with all the work while he goes on vacation or goes to having meetings with the all the big decision makers or goes to just fuck around. ON top of all that there is this one annoying ass bitch of a co-worker that I have who is driving me crazy. This girl kisses so much ass I cannot believe her lips have no rubbed off yet. Of course my boss likes this and does everything he can to protect her. This bitch comes to work anywhere from 9:30 to 12:00 leaves and then comes back sometime after five. (We are supposed to be at work at 8am) Normally I would be okay with that too,however, she is not at work during the most important times of the day, i.e., when other people are there. So of course I get stuck answering all of her client's questions, all of her paralegals questions, signing all of her documents and pleadings, and doing everything else for her that needs to be done during the day. So between doing her work and doing my supervisors work I can't get shit done and I am normally at the office from 6am to 6pm. WTF!!! My favorite that she does is my boss will send an email asking for one of us to cover something of course since I'm normally the only one at work so I'll volunteer responding to everyone on the email askhim where the file is and tell him I will go speak with his paralegal and then I go get the details from his paralegal. This bitch will then come to the office the next day, respond to his email offering to cover it and then send me an email saying, "oh when I saw the email I called (our supervisor) and got him to give me all the details so he asked me if I would mind covering it." This bitch knew full well that the day before I had gone and done all that work and then went completely behind my back, I guess to get brownie points. My supervisor never has the balls to say anything to her or me about it. So of course the last few times my supervisor has asked me to cover something I tell him I am busy. So he has to scramble around and try to track the bitch down to cover it. I am not going to waste my time anymore putting forth all the effort just to have that bitch stab me in the back. She has only been here 6 months and she is already a nightmare. Unfortunately since I am usually the only one at the office if my supervisor has an emergency I am always the go to girl,which pisses me off because nobody can ever find the bitch in the middle of the day. I have already begun sending out my resume, believe me no one is going to know I am leaving until the day before I go. Because I am going to use 2 weeks of leave as my two weeks notice.
