I just found out that the other temps I work with make 13 an hour, but my piddly stupid ass is making 10.50. What the fuck to do?
I can't tell the temp cunts how I found that out without getting the others in trouble and me fired, but I sure called them clappity cunts and told them that I think it's time for a pay raise asn we need to talk...What would you guys suggest in this situation

Ok, so you are getting fucked and used like a cheap whore. Not to worry. Finish up the assignment, and tell them that on the next one you are not willing to work for less than $14. Also, get signed up with a bunch of agencies so there is more of a chance of you actually getting this amount.

Temp work sucks ass(although it's nice if you need a brainless job, where they expect you to do the amount of work equivalent to what they pay the agency). The agency paying you $10.50( and no benefits ) is likely raking in around $20 for your sorry ass, but that is how they make their money. You do all the work, they make about HALF of your money. I've been on the temp bandwagon and 90% of the time the places you go to treat you like you're a retard because you're a temp. They think you're some kind of reject etc. Fucking bitches.
It is nice though for like a student say that does not give a fuck, or say you live with parents or someplace cheap with roommates and save up money for a trip outside the USA. If you can get by on $500 per month somehow and you make say $2K per month net ($15/hr) then you can save $1500 per month, or almost $20K in a year. Then you can take a fucking vacation to china, thailand, costa rica, guatemala or some other dirt cheap place for a year or fuck maybe even 2 years. $10K per year in those countries is a fucking fortune, when they live on $5 or less a day. Work for a year, vacation for 2 years, what a fucking concept, eh.
So, that is what I would do, but now of course I can't because I have my own family and shit load of dumb bills, albeit all bare necessities. Still, I'm not giving up. I save what I can, invest, and maybe one day I will hit it big and be able to quit the shit job forever. I hope the day comes soon. I think I will be buying put options on all the builders starting in March 08. They should all be slowly declaring bankruptcies sometime by summer or early fall. Options are just so fucking awesome, huge leverage and with the subprime shit going on now the shit can only go down, almost too easy a guess.

All you have to do is find another job and use it for leverage (or bluff about finding another job). If they need you that badly, they'll give you the raise. If they don't, then take that other job that you were using for leverage. The conversation should go something like this....
"Hi (boss). I love it here and appreicate everything that you have done for me, but I came across this other gig that is offering X amount of dollars. I'd love to stay on here, but that other gig would really help me out with my financial situation. Do you think that the company would be able to match that rate?"
