I have already been approved for a loan from the bank, and have spent several years running another business in this industry for someone else. I have studied successful and unsuccessful businesses in this field.

Of course there is an element of risk, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. The only thing I need is a location. Up until now, I have been devoting some time to finding the right place, but now that my two jobs are starting to get to me, I am going to devote every waking hour to this endeavor.

Today, after I get done wasting time at one of my jobs, I am meeting with an agent to look at a potential location. It's a great area and affordable, I'm just not sure there are enough potential customers as it isn't really a big town.

No, I can't say with absolute certainty that this is what I'm supposed to do with my life, but I do know one thing: what I am doing now is NOT what I want to be doing much longer.
