Disrespect?

Everyday is a waking nightmare. At first, the job seems fun, its great. Until you have a title that is way too long, and you still make the same amount as you were a year ago. Literally, I have 7 working titles at this job yet I am so stupid to my boss. Doesn't make sense, does it? I've been here for a little over three years and have been promoted to middle management at a radio station in no time, my evaluations are superb, and the money slowly comes. So, I'm obviously stupid since I don't see what I am doing wrong.

I need a new job, before I end up burning the building down and laughing. All I want is respect from my boss, not a complaint everyday on my desk. And since I am the only person at this station that can do anything that I do, they should be bowing down to me, not the other way around. I do basically everything, I've turned this place from a failing station into one of the most listened to stations in the market.... I program it, produce all the commercials, do a radio show... everything. Even the fuckin' website...

So, fuck this job. Fuck them. Fuck it!

By the way, I've sent out my resume. We'll see whose laughing...

The only way you'll get respect is when you leave. Maybe, just maybe, your boss will then see your true value - but don't hold your breath. Assholes like this person never see the big picture. That's why they are assholes.

Until then, do your job, send out resumes, get some interviews and set your sights on what you truly want. People like your boss don't deserve your services and you should deny them the benefits of your hard work by going somewhere where you are appreciated.

Take it from me - someone who used to work in your business.
