The manager at my job is being such a bitch!! okay, this is what happened. I started working there (again) on December 3rd. She told me that I should look for a second job, because I wouldn't get very many hours there. The problem with that is the fact that I work at a mall, so of course, by December.. most places already have their Christmas help. In January, a lot of stores don't need help because they kept some of their seasonal staff.
In January, (New Years) one of the full-time girls got into a car accident, so my manager called me to ask if I'd like more hours. She wanted to keep the girl's position open for her, so she started working six days/week, even though she knew I REALLY needed hours she only gave me an addition 10 hours/week (other people got more hours, too)
Okay, so one of my friends works at a department store (in the mall), but found something more in her field, so she got me her job. When I told my part-time job about how I got a new job, they offered me full-time hours, plus better pay. I declined their offer, because I figured they just gave me the offer out of jealousy. Now, my manager is being VERY annoying towards me. I don't know what the hell her problem is.
