WTF?

Ok so I can't stand it i need to vent. Can somebody tell me what the fuck this means? I have been working at this place for nearly a year and it's like an endless clusterfuck of projects and initiatives that never ever get finished and it's all like Dilbert pointy head boss shit.

Today like I don't have any work to do I get a notice that we all have to provide information for a customer satisfaction survey(yeah right like we ever give a fuck whether customers are satisfied). I am told to stop what I'm doing and provide a list of products i produce every day. These are things and I quote that you can hold in your hand or fill a room with. They are not services or information or activities becaues get this customers don't care about activities only products like reports.

WTF activies and services don't count?! I'M A FUCKING 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' REP! I don't generate reports and other useless pieces of paper! So should I tell them I produce a nice pile of SHIT every morning since the services I provide are worthless? If piles of shit produced everyday could count these idiots should be able to fill a room in no time.

i liked your vent. we are in different lines of work but if i were to change just a few words, that post could have been mine.

you SHOULD tell them you produce a nice pile of S- every morning! i came so close today to telling my project manager stupid airhead bitch the same thing.
