Guess what? The store is going to hire another worthless piece of shit they call a specialist! He starts Monday-though he'll be in training for about a week before he's out on the salesfloor. The two they already have are beginning to sweat- gee, fuck me out of money (and promotion) but you won't be able to screw this guy around. I'm looking forward to seeing three of them now fight for file folders like wolves over a scrap of carrion..
Can't believe though last week Shithead 1 had the nerve to tell me if I get a detail I should put his intials on it! How unethical is that? Yeah, I'll be sure to do that-you don't make enough commissions as it is- let me help you out. I don't put anyones intials on file folders. Don't get me wrong- I have to do details (request for measurement) if a customer requests it-I can't pass it off if none of the specialists are there-customer wants what he/she wants and I have to deliver. So I do it, but let them know I am not the person who will be following up. That's it's either shithead 1 or 2 that will be dealing with them. I do make sure though I pass out one of their cards and let them know that so-and so should be following up with them in the next few days. Now here's where I'm hoping I get to see some free entertainment-Shithead 2 is ruthless-She waits for the installs files to come back and if there's no name on it she writes her own-she also works on making Shithead 1 look bad so she can steal his orders. Now if I pass out a card-I'm hoping that the other will call the customer and the customer will have a card I've given them and say that they thought the other would call. Why would I give out someone's card if they are not going to be the one to deal with it? Whats going on that nobody knows anything about anything? I hope to see it happen one day so I can sit back and laugh!
