Ok so I just started with a company and after a total of 1.5 days I came home for lunch and told my wife that I can't handle working there. I have no idea how they have been in bussiness this long. The owner.manager has no business system for inventory control, historical refrence or sales. I can not stand doing an assigned task 4 times due to ever changing requirements that are not expressed at the time of assignment. I am told that there is a system and it works if you use it, I am still trying to find a system other than an hodge podge of fuck ups that are constantly played off on employees. The people that have been there the longest (9 months) just act like they know what the system is. I had to laugh when at a meeting another employee said that he came back because he needed the structure. Being former military I think I know a bit about structure, but all I see is ineffeincy and chaos.
