I don't get paid to snitch

I work at this place and there are three old ladies there that don't like me. So they like to watch me and report every little thing I do to the manager.

So the other day, my manager pulled me aside to talk to me about my problems.
- I talk too much
- I lie on my time card
- I take long breaks

So I told her that they do the same shit, and so does everyone else. It's just that I don't report it because it doesn't concern me. Then she told me that I have to report these things or otherwise, I'll be the only one that looks bad.

You want me to snitch? Okay, how about I snitch to the FDA that we're selling food that expired 3 months ago to customers and refusing to refund them their money when they notice and come back, angry? Does that sound good to you?

I don't report every little thing an employee does because it doesn't affect the work I have to do, it's a waste of time, and it's none of my business.

Seriously, if you're that concerned about how the employees are acting, you should show up to work more often, or hire another manager to babysit us.

Just because they are old and probably past their use-by dates it doesn't mean they can pick on you.
