Good God. I am reading all of these posts and I realize I a not alone. There are a bunch of shitheads out there to work for. Always has to be at least one in every place of business.

My problem is two fold. My boss is so old and old fashioned that is an absolute F#*($#&$ BORE to work under him. My God! I look at him and realize when I hit a point in my career if I am ever like that I want people to put me out of my misery.

My coworkers for the most part just want to maintain status quo and encouragement and improvement is not encouraged. God I have no challenege and I know I can do better than this!!!

I don't know if I can stand him much longer and need to think about my future. I have been sticking around to see how things were going to pan out after some organizational restructure, but now I know that a good portion of what I need to see change... will never.

I never thought I would see this organization settle for what they have and I am disappointed. I cuss sometimes, and today I am not in the mood. I am sure in the future I will be on here and I will. I will tell some really crappy stories of what I have to deal with.
