What's worse is that I "report" to a female. Not that I'm a male chauvinist, misogynistic, or a woman -hater by any stretch, but I do feel that most women who find themselves in positions of power often have a pent up desire to unleash their wrath upon subordinates.

Anyhoo, the icing on the shit cake is that she is a severely stern, pedantic, austere, corporate type who seems to revel in the typical formalisms of office life. I keep waiting for her to "let her hair down," so to speak, but after 3 long years - that hasn't happened. My only conclusion is that she is really like that all the time, even when outside of work circumstances. I understand the need to be professional and take on a certain business-like aura when on company time, but she takes that whole notion to the utmost extreme.

She is a synthetic,manufactured human being. She has elevator music downloaded on to her iPod and has the theme music from the latest over-hyped movie as her cellphone ring tone. She is empirically attractive, so the average dunderhead would probably think she's a looker. She's an empty, hollow soul who is adept at using the latest business jargon to explain things. She's a modern day Joan Crawford. I keep hoping she'll get pregnant and possibly leave indefinitely, but as I said, she's 38 and oddly enough seems to completely aware that she would be too selfish to become a mother.
