Ever notice how certain individuals are known for certain traits and behaviours? And I'm talking bad ones here, not good ones. Like being difficult or childish or being the key instigators in almost every debacle?

It must be nice for them to be so recognized. Kind of like being a fucking celebrity. All be it a negative celebrity, but just the same. To me this is akin to serial killer cards, collect them all!!! They just need "help". Yes I'll say they do. And not the human resources kind. The boot up the arse kind..it works better.

It's too bad the opposite isn't true as well, that people who compromise, adjust and work to a common goal, do NOT get that kind of celebrity.

Just because the company recognises certain bad behaviour in people and professes an honest goal of eradicating said behaviour, does not mean it will happen. Nor does it mean that even when said badly behaved folks know they are being scrutinized, do they cease and desist.

In fact, until the hammer comes down on their pointed little heads, they will carry on as per usual, and maybe behave even more badly out of some kind of childish rebellion.

Well I am at the point where I say ..FUCK YOU. People who can't behave like adults in a workplace need to have their wings clipped. Off. Period.

Having things in place to address bad behaviour or abusive bullying is great. But you have to come down with it right away and swiftly on their heads and it has to come from the very top. Because coming from supervisors or managers, it is poo-pooed away, or worse yet, they turn the tables and say the manager is bullying, behaving badly etc.

I'm tired of working with fucking 40 year old adolescents. Door slamming, pouting, whispering, back stabbing and instigating. FUCKING GROW THE FUCK UP. Slam your doors at home, throw your papers and tantrums at home. Leave it at home where you can freely act like the asshole you truly are in complete comfort. Because, damn, your family is probably already used to putting up with your manipulative, baby behaviour. I, on the other hand, am not. I've had better behaviour from my kids when they were going through their "difficult" years

Better yet, find another job. Move on and see what other company would tolerate that kind of behaviour. Very few. You would be out on your prissy ass very quickly. Try the real world, I did. Trust me your shit won't fly there.

Change is coming...yes, not fast enough. My health is ruined, I am still struggling to survive financially. And these people are the last fucking straw.
